Before Clixflix came around, the only option that I had was the neighbourhood DVD parlour. The difference between the two is the sheer number of titles that you get at the former. Moreover, 80 per cent of what Clixflix offers is international and 70 per cent of that has not been released in India. Added to this, you have the advantage of all your copies being original so the picture and sound quality is impeccable. Glenn knows the kind of films I enjoy and more importantly, his knowledge about films is quite extensive. The suggestions he makes are perfect and effectively ensure that I keep going back.

* I think I became a member a month after Clixflix went into business. At that given point in Borivili, there wasn't really another option. So in many ways, Clixflix was the first of its kind in Borivili. If I just call them and tell them what kind of a mood I am in, they will send an appropriate film. This ability to cater to the individual needs of customers is their USP. It is a very friendly environment and what's most important is the fact that you are dealing with people who are passionate about films and entertainment and who enjoy quality films. In my three-and-a-half years of dealing with them, I have hardly ever had any complaint.
