Former Congress MLA from Dadri, Maj Nirpender Singh Sangwan (retd) on Friday held a meeting of party workers at his residence in Dadri to mobilise support for the forthcoming November 10 Congress rally at Gohana.
A press release said workers from all over the constituency came to attend the meeting. Sangwan urged party workers to reach Gohana on November 10 to make the rally successful.
He said their attendance would prove to chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda that dedicated party workers always stood by the party.
The former MLA also appealed to the chief minister to look into the grievances of the party workers.
He said public health minister Kiran Choudhry and Bhiwani-Mahendergarh MP Shruti Choudhry has toured Dadri assembly constituency extensively and listened to Congress workers.
