In a special discussion on the Indo-US nuclear deal in the Lok Sabha today, the House is likely to debate on the N-deal.
The government is all set to defend the provisions of the deal in the debate. Earlier, BJP and CPM asked for assurances on three issues-the annual reporting clause, fuel supplies assurances and India's right to conduct nuclear tests.
The House will, however, abstain from voting on the issue. Meanwhile, US President George W Bush, is all set to sign the new Bill into law today.
