This is the time the garden and the plants look best. There's nothing like a close group of friends, fresh air and a barbecue in this season. But what's the best way to go about it? Have a look.
1 Lighting matters:
The key to a successful party is to set the mood for a celebration. Use colourful lights, lamps, ferry lights and scented floating candles to create the right ambience.
2 Fancy decoration:
The interiors (and exterior if you wish) can be dressed by using decorations, and accessories to stunning effect in a pocket friendly budget. The whole set up can be done up with flowers, streamers and hangings.
3 Terrace party:
If you are organising a terrace party, then put up
in the corners with a bon-fire in the middle with the sit-down arrangement using matresses around it. Use bright and fancy sheets instead of the usual bland white.
4 Sitting arrangement:
If it is a sit-down dinner then give the sitting arrangement a sobre look by putting tables carrying separate colour cover or mats. The chairs, however, must be all in one light colour to add the winter feel. White flowers can also be arranged on the tables.
5 Make it vibrant:
Since it is a party, you would like to keep it bright and vibrant. An easy way to do this is by introducing colours in your curtains and also throwing in a number of colourful cushions and rugs. The bright wall art from other parts of the house can be brought to the party room to rev it up.
