Delhi, no city for women: crime against women up 412%

Over a year after India erupted in protests over the December 16 gang-rape in Delhi, have women here became safe? It's hard to tell with the molestation offences against women rising a whopping 412% in the national capital.
Remember all the promises of making Delhi safe for women and ensuring crimes against them don't go unpunished post the unprecedented public outrage after the December 16 gang-rape case? But over a year later, has the situation on the ground changed?
It's hard to tell as the national Capital saw a 43.6% increase in its crime graph in 2013 over 2012, with the crime against women rising a whopping 412%.
