The call centre facility of the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) has garnered enthusiastic response. In August, 482 consumers, on an average, used the facility daily to register their complaints.
A DHBVN spokesperson said in August 2011, a total of 14,952 consumers used the service to file complaints. The two telephone numbers on which the complaints were filed are — 155333 and 18001801615.
The call centre functions from Gurgaon. It heeds to problems from Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hisar, Bhiwani, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Gurgaon, Mewat, Palwal and Faridabad districts.
