Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh has asked three party MLAs from Madhya Pradesh to go to Uttar Pradesh as observers.

Confirming this, Prajapati told PTI today that they have been asked by Digvijay Singh, in-charge of Congress affairs in Uttar Pradesh, to work as observers in some areas in the BSP-ruled state, where the party is trying to revive itself ahead of the 2012 Assembly polls.

Prajapati said the date for their departure would be finalised soon.
