DISTRICT MAGISTRATE Amrit Abhijat will remain available on telephone on every Tuesday to listen to the grievances of public related to power, road, drinking water, sewage and cleanliness. The Nagar Nigam officers will also remain present with the district magistrate to answer the queries and offer on-the-spot solutions. The residents can call at telephone number 2641577 between 12 noon to 1pm on every Tuesday.

DISTRICT MAGISTRATE Amrit Abhijat will remain available on telephone on every Tuesday to listen to the grievances of public related to power, road, drinking water, sewage and cleanliness. The Nagar Nigam officers will also remain present with the district magistrate to answer the queries and offer on-the-spot solutions. The residents can call at telephone number 2641577 between 12 noon to 1pm on every Tuesday. 

Addressing the meeting at Nagar Nigam, DM and administrator Amrit Abhijat said this facility has been started after it was observed that many people failed to meet him in Nagar Nigam due to which many civic related issues remains unresolved. He directed the municipal commissioner to ensure that all the major roads have florescent sign boards within a month. He said cases would be launched against chief engineer and executive engineer Nagar Nigam in case they fail to start work on 295 new roads approved under NN and contingency funds, latest by April 30.

"I would soon conduct surprise inspection of the roads approved under NN. A list of all the approved roads has been prepared," he added. The meeting was also attended by Gaya Prasad municipal commissioner.
