Educational institutions celebrate Christmas

Cultural programmes mark Christmas celebrations
STUDENTS OF Mansarovar Nursing College, Kolar Road, presented a vibrant cultural   programme to celebrate Christmas during their annual festival on Friday.

Chairman of the college committee Tiwari, Principal of Mansorovar College and Principal of Mansorovar School Rashmi Thakre and other students along with their parents were present. The students performed dance, mono-acting and plays during the programme. 

X’mas celebrations at Jack & Jill School
THE JACK and Jill Foundation School celebrated Christmas with gaiety and gusto on the school premises on Friday. Small children dressed up as Mary, Joseph, angels, sheep, shepherds and the Three Wise Men enacted the birth of Jesus Christ. Later a roly-poly Santa Claus distributed sweets to all.

‘Pretty Santa Fashion Show’
PRETTY PETALS Foundation School tiny tots participated in the ‘Pretty Santa Fashion Show’ organised by the school to celebrate Christmas on Friday.  Children in the age group of three to six participated in the show. The programme began with a message for world peace.

Designers Shivangi Malhotra and Anju J Udasi designed the dresses worn by the children at the fashion show. Similar Christmas celebrations took place at Mother’s Pride Convent School at Kotwali Road. Children of the school presented various cultural programmes on the occasion. Principal of the school, Priti Acharya impressed upon students the importance of Christmas and distributed prizes and sweets.
