Highlight Story

“Yes, we have followed Raju all these years. But Raju alone was not Satyam. Satyam was made by our toil and sweat and yes, we are still around,” says a remark on the site with an appropriate address —

Angry but spunky staff at Satyam Computer Services are down, but not out, and are happy to vent.

Over the last four days, blogosphere has been flooded with posts related to the Satyam saga – some bitter posts criticising deposed chairman Ramalinga Raju while others displaying solidarity even in these tough times. Notably, they take on the mainstream media with counter-comments.

Not many hits though, given there are 53,000 employees – called “associates” in company–speak. Mixing humour with the associates’ agenda, the blog also lists commandments for the staff.

Sakthi Ramaswamy, a Satyamite located in Bangalore has been posting daily updates at his blog www.Rsakthi.wordpress.com .
He took on Infosys chairman NR Narayanamurthy for his remark that he will not hire people from Satyam.

“We were provoked,..” says the blog. “We were happy to know that people in USA who were not linked to Satyam in any means are writing and expressing their criticism for Narayanamurthy’s comments.”

There are also blogs suggesting that Satyam’s business is fine, only its money has been siphoned off.
