Deepak Parasher is the second contestant who was evicted from Bigg Boss on Friday night. But the 54-year-old actor is unfazed. He says: “It's not my loss, it’s the kids who have lost out on my love.”

He says he has an immense “capacity to give love to others. Too bad the others didn't realise its value.” He claims to have “washed others” clothes, cleaned their bathrooms and made food for them because I feel it’s what you do for others that’s important.”

Still, the audience voted him out? “Because they love me and must have realised that a senior person like me didn’t deserve to be with them.”

Ask him about his daughter he kept talking about in the show who he said he never saw and he says: “My first wife left me when I met with an accident in 1983. My leg was amputated and I realised she had married me for my glamour and money."

"She was carrying my child and went missing. I had no idea where they went and then had to settle for an ex-parte divorce. My daughter Radhika knows about me only what her mother must have told her. Tomorrow even if she had to come before me, I wouldn’t be able recognise her. That’s a void in my life which will remain forever.”

About his ‘nightgowns’ he says: “I buy them from Dubai and they are called jhabhas or kandooras. They are not nighties as some ignorant people would label them. I’m told that Farah Khan loves them so much that she’s decided to buy some for her husband.”

His favourite Bigg Boss contestant is “Anupama Verma. Like me, she’s from an army background, doesn’t get into controversies and avoids groupism, which Bigg Boss was all about.”
