Exercise to me: Is something that has become a part of my life. I am lazy but for the past six months, I have been working out seriously.

My fitness regime: Cardio exercises or a 40-minute jog on the treadmill. I do yoga, which is great for breathing exercises and flexibility. I don’t do heavy weights because they take away the femininity. A voluptuous feminine body is very important. Indian men DON’T like a six pack woman.

The Bollywood body I envy: None.

The body I want to have: Is the body I will achieve. The Bollywood hero with the fittest body: Hrithik and John. The sporty, atheletic look is ‘in’.

The body part I love training: None. But I like walking because I listen to some great trance music then.

The body part I hate training: My arms because they are weak.

The best compliment I have got: People have told me that I am looking the way I did four years ago. I think that’s great because I was fitter then.

The best compliment Farhan has given me: He thinks that I am perfect. He thought so even when I was really fat. Even on days when I looked really bad, he thought I looked fabulous.
