The Noida authority on Tuesday will submit its "fact-finding" report to the state government on alleged irregularities in the allotment of farmhouse plots. Rakesh Bahadur, chairman, Noida authority, told HT that he is not carrying out any inquiry into the scam.
"We are only asked to submit a fact finding report regarding the farmhouse allotments that took place during the previous BSP government. We will do nothing more than that. I have asked the authority chief executive officer to provide all the details of the farmhouse plot allotments to me," Bahadur said.
A total of 150 agricultural plots were allotted to companies and individuals for setting up farmhouses in 2009-10. The allottees also include former law minister Shanti Bhushan and his advocate son Jayant Bhushan.
