Three-course meal
Chef Manish Malhotra has put together a three-course fine dining menu that marries global ingredients with Indian flavours. On offer are dishes such as Masala Arbi Satay with Peanut Nariyal Chutney, Paneer Plaintain Kofta Squash Curry Sauce, Kadhai Sitaphal Thai Holy Basil, Chronji Dal Saffron Infusion, Kuttu And Potato Rosti, Mewa Makhana Kheer Brulee and Charnamrit Shots. Pep up your Navratri meal as the restaurant’s in-house DJ and an Indian classical vocalist jam together on March 20, 8.30 pm onwards.

Classic Dishes
The restaurant will host nine days of fine food and devotion with the special Navratri thali featuring classic fast dishes such as Kuttu ka Pakoda, Aloo Kuto Singhare ki Kadhi, Phaldhari Tikki Aloo, Sabudane ke Kheer, and more.

Vrat ki thali
The thali here offers a range of traditional Navratri specialties such as Sabudane Ki Kheer, Kuttu Ki Poori, Shakarkandi Ki Chaat, Til Ke Ladoo, and more, with the menu changing on a daily basis. The dishes will be prepared in a specially set up kitchen catering solely to vegetarians. A separate section will also be reserved in the restaurant for guests having the thali.
