Please guide me on how to travel to Havelock from Port Blair. How can I book my ferry tickets in advance? I land at Port Blair at 12pm. What are the timings of the ferry?

Sambit

From Port Blair, it is best to travel to Havelock by MV Markuzz, a luxury catamaran. The vessel leaves Port Blair at 9am and reaches Havelock at 10.30 am. Go to the DSS (Directorate of Shipping Services) to get tickets, which are available for R650, 750 and 1000.

At Havelock, if you have a budget constraint, it is better to go for the Dolphin Yatri Niwas which is run by A&N tourism at beach number 5 (Vijay Nagar).

I plan to spend a night at Nathdwara. Is it possible to visit Udaipur first, and then go to Ranakpur and Kumbhal Garh, too? For this, should I take a taxi, or first go to Udaipur, stay two days and then proceed to Nathdwara?

Dubey

Stay in Udaipur for a minimum of three days. Visit Shilpgarm, which is 5km away from Fateh Sagar Lake. From there, proceed to Nathdwara (45km). Start from Udaipur early in the evening, and after the ‘

darshan’

, leave for Kumbhalgarh. Then, head to Ranakpur temple. Stay there at night. You will also be provided with healthy food at reasonable costs.
