Five cabbies gangrape woman in Haryana
A 25-year-old married woman was gang raped by five cab drivers in Jind on Thursday. The victim, who was married at Aniyana village of Fatehabad district a year ago, had left from her in-laws to visit her mother's house at Garunda in Karnal.

According to complaint, The victim was waiting for state transport bus at Uklana Mandi bus stand when a cab driver offered her the lift.
The woman was allegedly gang raped by the cab driver and another person in the car. The accused then handed over the victim to another cab driver at Narwana town in Jind district, who along with his accomplice allegedly gangraped her.
Later, they handed over the victim to a Maxi cab driver at Kaithal town. The Maxi cab driver took the helpless victim to a secluded place located on the outskirts of the town and committed the crime.
After the crime, he left the victim back at Narwana town bus stand and fled from the spot. The woman somehow reached police station and narrated the incident.
Narwana deputy superintendent of police(DSP) Rameshwar Lamba said: "We have tracked down the vehicles used in the crime and investigations are on to identify the accused."
He said that all the accused who were cab drivers were booked under Section 376D(rape) of Indian Penal Code.
