Four Bangladeshis arrested in J&K

After preliminary questioning, they were handed over to police for further investigation, they said.

Security forces have apprehended four nationals of Bangladesh and an over ground worker (OGW) of terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said on Friday.

Four Bangladeshis were taken into custody by the army from Devak nallah in Vijaypur sector of Jammu division on Thursday, the sources said.

After preliminary questioning, they were handed over to police for further investigation, they said.

According reports from Doda district one OGW, identified as Ghulam Hussain, was apprehended during search operation in General area of Bisran, six-kilometre south of Gandoh, the sources said, adding one radio set icom, one camera, one tape recorder and one diary were recovered from him.

Later, the OGW was handed over to police for further investigation, they added.
