Anand Prakash, who fought a legal battle to bring former Haryana DGP S.P.S. Rathore and four other police officials to book in the Ruchika molestation case, is said to be contemplating exposing new names.
Prakash is reportedly contemplating seeking legal action against more than a dozen people, including bureaucrats, for playing a role in attempting to hush up the case against Rathore or for helping Rathore in harassing those pursuing the case against Rathore.
Prakash told HT that when he was fighting the case, several officers helped Rathore by sitting on the file recommending a criminal case against the former DGP.
Prakash alleged that several bureaucrats had backed Rathore, including the chief administrator, HSAMB, a commissioner, agriculture, and two others who were principal secretary to the chief minister. HT Correspondent
