Gautam Gambhir wants his team to sew their last four berth when they play Royal Challengers in Bangalore next Saturday. "We have been knocking on the door for some time. I still believe we are one game away from reaching the last four. But this was a very important game for us and the entire credit for today goes to the bowling department," he said after the home victory CSK.
Gambhir dismissed suggestions their May 19 clash againt Pune Warriors would be KKR versus its former skipper.
"Whoever is playing for them has no relevance for us. When we play them it won't be Sourav Ganguly against KKR but two teams playing each other." The CSK coach Stephen Fleming felt the difference between the previous editions and the present IPL has been the way teams have tried to use home conditions. "I wouldn't go to the extent of saying pitches are being doctored but teams are now creating environments at home that can help them win."
