Ganesha temple gets ISO certificate

The coveted ISO 9001-2008 quality management system put in place by many a industry has now been conferred on a city based Ganesha temple.

Presenting the certificate of registration from Moody International Certification Ltd at a press conference in Coimbatore, a trustee of Shri Siddhi Vinayaga Temple, Valarmathi said the firm had assessed the temple's quality management system and found to be compliant with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

The certificate, issued on January 7 this year, is valid till January 6, 2013, he said.
The organisation has granted approval for registration on the proviso that the certification rules and conditions would be observed at all times.
