US rock band Green Day may have a song called 21 Guns, but the Millennium City has gone a step forward — a new restaurant called ‘21 Gun Salute’ was unveiled in Sector 29 on Wednesday.
“The 21 gun salute was the highest form of honour given during the era of the British and the Maharajas. I give the same honour to my customers,” said owner Madan Mohan. Complete with a collection of royal vintage cars and at least 300 original royal photographs, the traditional cuisine is also sure match for the place.
Five vintage cars are parked outside the restaurant to draw crowd. “On special occasions, we will offer pick-up and drop services to customers in these cars,” said Mohan.
The cuisine is a mix of Indian and global delicacies cooked in a traditional way.
