Four of the ministers in Digamber Kamat-led cabinet are habitual gamblers who are frequent to Casinos in Goa, police record said.

"Our Casino was visited for playing by many great people, besides Miccky (Tourism Minister Fransisco Pacheco),
Churchill Alemao (PWD minister) and Jose Philip D'Souza (Revenue Minister)," a police deposition by staffers of Casino
in Majorda Beach resort, a five star hotel, reads.

The staff comprising of gaming incharge, supervisor, cashier and head cashier, has said that all the ministers
would play with dignified manner and greet the staff very nicely even though most of the time they lost big money.

The staffers deposed before Colva police after its management entered into spat with the Tourism Minister,
Pacheco over gambling money. The cross complaints are filed by minister and management against each other.

The management accused minister of abusing them, while latter charged former of duping him for Rs 1.25 crore.

The BJP leader Manohar Parrikar, addressing a press conference on yesterday had alleged that five ministers
including Alemao, Aleixo Sequiera (Power Minister) and Pacheco were regular at gambling dens.
