Various social groups such as I am Gurgaon, Cybercity Welfare Association and DLF City RWA, with the support of the municipal corporation, have prepared a two-minute documentary which will be screened in multiplexes to encourage residents to vote in the municipal elections on May 15.

I Am Gurgaon has also launched a website www.voteforgurgaon.com.

MCG commissioner Sudhir Rajpal will issue a directive making it mandatory for cinema halls to screen the short film. Residents of New Gurgaon localities had registered a dismal voting percentage as low as 18% in the last assembly polls.
