Haryana finance minister Capt Abhimanyu on Monday launched five online services for registration of firms and 18 incentive schemes notified under Enterprise Promotion Policy-2015 in Chandigarh. He also launched a mobile directory app.
Interacting with the mediapersons after launching these services, Capt Abhimanyu said the services would ensure effective implementation of 359 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) signed during the Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit-2016 held at Gurgaon last month.
The online registration would bring more transparency and improve efficiency in the process of registration of partnership firms and the online services for incentive schemes would ensure timely processing, sanction and release of incentives to the industrial units, he said.
He added that because of the online mechanism, monitoring would be possible by the higher authorities in respect of pendency and unnecessary information sought from the industrial units.
Principal secretary, industries department, Devender Singh gave a brief presentation on the steps taken by the department for the promotion of industries in the state on the occasion.
He said a mobile directory app had been launched to facilitate the investors and industrial units as a part of ease of doing business in the state. The application has been designed in such a way that one may send messages and emails to the government officials too.
