In the Railways-Punjab encounter, the former raced into the lead in the opening minutes via Chanchan Devi Thokchom.
Punjab's porous defence helped Railways slot in three more before the break through Jasjeet Kaur Handa, Saba Anjum and Rani respectively.
After changing ends, Railways completed their domination as Jasjeet Kaur Handa, Joydeep, Rani and Poonam Rani scored.
In the 2nd semifinal, Haryana scored thrice in the second half through Meenakshi, Surinder Kaur and Jaspreet Kaur.
Another 69 for Tiger
San Diego: In dazzling sunshine at Torrey Pines, Tiger Woods briefly closed to within two of the lead at the Farmers Insurance Open before ending the second round five strokes behind pacesetting fellow American Bill Haas.
Woods ground out a three-under-par 69 on the South Course for a six-under total of 138. Arjun Atwal had another mid-round lapse and ended with a 72 that was not enough to keep him in the hunt.
Jeev keeps slipping
