This is what you call the merging of South India with China. The very humble Idli is fried and then is cooked in a Chinese style sauce (more like the gravy you get in chilli chicken) with vegetables such as capsicum, scallops and the end result is simply delicious.
At Rs 65 a plate this one is a must try. Available at: Udipi, Bhahdur Shah Zafar Marg, ITO.
