God is the greatest creator and has sent us on this earth with specific purpose and with specific time. We are gifted with two beauties, the inner beauty and outer beauty.
With the passage of time, our outer beauty vanishes but inner beauty where the almighty resides never gets faded so long as we live with positive thoughts and good feelings for others.
Every time we stand in front of a mirror, we spend a lot of time admiring ourselves and put lot of efforts to look better by applying expensive products.
Have we ever thought why we want to look beautiful? We want attention, admiration, attraction, recognition and acceptance.
To attain all the comforts and happiness, we start participating in the never-ending race which is full of anger, hatred and jealousy. And that creates a vacuum within us — the absence of peace.
Our search for peace can take different shapes. Perhaps one can find peace in Google searches and be satisfied with the answers one gets; but that is not real peace and does not give us lasting peace.
At times, we even blame God for not listening to us. The actual problem is not outside but within.
I would like to quote the examples of two of my best friends who became widows in their early 20s but fought every battle of their life as they transformed their ordinary souls to good souls by keeping good feelings and positive thoughts.
And that gave them the power to face every situation.
When we realise that our body is just a guest house for our soul to stay for a while and we act like the trustee of our body, then this brings good, positive changes in us.
In fact, beauty is not in the face; it is the light of the heart.
If we make up our mind to make our soul to be a shining star, as beautiful as it used to be originally when we were born, then we have to adore our soul with positive thoughts and wisdom.
