Balu Muthe, a police constable appointed as the security guard of Salman’s brother actor Sohail Khan and the second witness for the day, deposed next. He stated that he accompanied Sohail to the Rain bar around10.30pm where Sohail was joined by Khan, and a few friends even as he and Ravindra Patil, Khan’s bodyguard waited outside the bar.
