Game for bulls’ testicles?
Over 15,000 culinary daredevils from around the world are certainly enthusiastic about tasting ‘testies’, or ‘cowboy caviar’, as bulls’ gonads are commonly called. They are participating in the 28th annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival, or Testicle Festival, in Montana, USA, that began on Wednesday. Deep fried bulls’ testicles are prepared in hot Louisiana sauce, then served with chips and beer. The ‘chewy’ dish is not for the faint-hearted!
