Radisson has come up with kiwi and mango desserts, pastries and cakes. The popular ones in its menu are three-layer mango-berry chocolate cake, strawberry cake and raspberry yogurt cake, among others.

Doctors like trend
Even doctors agree. "Fresh fruits are indeed good. But some fruits like litchi and mango, which are rich in sugar, should be taken in moderate quantity. Otherwise boils may appear on the skin," said Dr Sachin Dhawan, director of clinical and aesthetic dermatology with Artemis Health Institute. "Papaya could be consumed in higher quantity," he added.
