How to prepare five-minute snacks

1. Russian apple sandwich:
Apply mixed fruit jam on brown bread and place thin slices of apples on it to prepare the Russian apple sandwich.
2. Chilli cheese toast:
Coat two slices of toast with cheese spread and butter. Sprinkle chopped green chillies, onion, corn and mushroom and bake for five minutes. Serve hot.
3. Mushroom duplex:
Scoop out raw mushroom and fill with dough of cottage cheese or processed cheese with parsley and red chilli flakes. Prepare batter of one teaspoon of flour and one egg. Dip the stuffed mushroom in the batter and fry till golden brown. Serve with spicy ketchup.
4. Mushroom and corn fritter:
Mix 250 gms of chopped onion, 200 gm of corn flour, 2-3 green chillies, one scoop of American sweet corn, chopped mushroom, two eggs, salt and black pepper. Deep fry and serve hot.
Heat cooking oil in pan. Add chopped onion and
to it. Cook till golden brown. Add three medium sized chopped tomatoes and one chopped green chilli. Fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, red chilli, garam masala and crumbs of 4-5 slices of bread in it and sprinkle some water. Stir well and serve hot.
