External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee says he is still waiting for the Pakistan government to take the right action regarding the Mumbai terror attacks. In a CNN-IBN interview, Mukherjee says he has faith in Pakistani politicians. He adds that Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and his colleagues are victims of terror too.

While speaking to veteran journalist, Karan Thapar, the external affairs minister also emphasised that though he has faith in President Zardari, the Pakistani government hasn't done much to back this trust.

He backs this trust by saying, "I believe in his desire to fight against terrorism, but at the same time my belief is not adequate, it must be backed by action taken by the government and authorities of Pakistan."
