Jannat girl Sonal Chauhan was crowned Miss World Tourism 2005 in Malaysia and has been a fitness enthusiast ever since . She says she loves experimenting with her workouts as she has a tendency to “get bored” of the gym exercises. That’s how she discovered Body Juggle.

She says, “My sister and I were in LA on holiday and there was a Body Juggle class being held in the hotel gym. It was fantastic. It was difficult in the beginning but once you get a hang of it, the results are worth the work. I was instantly hooked. Whenever I see an opportunity to try something new, I jump at it.”

Sonal informs Body Juggle is a way to challenge your body and it can be done with an exercise ball, weights and a handle bar. She says, “It involves twisting, stretching and balancing, strengthening your core and upper body. It is truly holistic in nature because not only are you challenging your body, but it requires a lot of focus, to hold the positions and move your body the right way.”

Sonal incorporates the fitness method at least twice a week in her schedule and insists any one can try it, but it should be done under the supervision of an instructor.

She adds, “The first few times, you are falling off the ball, and it's a little hard to maintain balance. So the first few days it might be frustrating, but you can do what I did: laugh every time we fall and try again. I promise you it gets easier.” The actor says when she gets bored with Body Juggle, she shuffles between kickboxing and yoga.

For people who want to tone up, Sonal says this technique is just perfect. “It focuses on strengthening and muscle definition. I walk out of every session feeling really good,” she says.
