BJP MLA and former minister Dhal Singh Bisen on Sunday received five threat calls on his mobile. The anonymous caller has been threatening Bisen, his friends and followers for some time. The caller has not even spared his trader friend in the recent past.
The caller is allegedly behind explosion of bombs thrice at his followers’ residence at Barghat in Seoni district. Bisen had lodged an FIR with the police recently about receiving threat call from anonymous person. However, the police have not been able to track down those behind holding out threats and exploding small crude bombs.
On September 22 night, a bomb was hurled at the residence of Rajendra Bhagat, Bisen’s representative at Barghat. Earlier, a bomb was hurled at the residence of his trader friend Giriraj Agarwal.
Talking to the Hindustan Times, Bisen said the telephone numbers that appeared on his and his supporters mobiles were traced to PCOs in Nagpur. The choice of words by him suggested that he belonged to Jabalpur region, the former minister claimed.
The caller, he said whenever made calls only asked where he should explode bombs. Today, the caller said he had exploded small bombs, but he should now be prepared to face bigger bombs, according to BJP leader. He said calls and hurling of bombs could not be ignored and the matter should be treated seriously. There must be some connection between certain elements in Seoni and the Nagpur person, the former minister said. He said no bomb was hurled at his residence.
