THE INDORE Development Authority (IDA) directorial board will address claims and objections filed against Scheme No 165 (Rau) at a public hearing scheduled to be held at 11 am tomorrow.
The BoD had okayed proceedings under Section 50 (3) (announcement declaring intent to acquire land) for Scheme 165 on August 7. Objections raised by affected landowners after the announcement are to be taken up under Section 50 (4) on Friday.

IDA sources revealed that nearly 100 landowners have contested the proposed acquisition and the objections will be taken up on a first-come first-serve basis. The Authority has designated three clerks to deal with objections process being supervised by deputy Chief Executive Officer Rajiv Shrivastav.
Collector Vivek Aggarwal, IDA Chairman Madhu Verma, Chief Executive Officer CB Singh, Joint Director (Town and Country Planning) Vijay Sanwalkar are among those who will participate in the meet.
