Angry over the series of attacks on churches in varous places in Delhi, the city's Christians came out in large numbers to protest, accusing the government of inaction to prevent or investigate the matter.

Police detained dozens of protesters as they marched towards the residence of home minister Rajnath Singh.

The protesters had assembled outside the Sacred Heart Church near The Connaugt Place.
