Indigo flight makes emergency landing after bird strike

A Delhi-bound Indigo flight with 60 passengers on board had to make an emergency landing at Harni airport in Vadodara today morning after a bird hit, airport officials said.

A Delhi-bound Indigo flight with 60 passengers on board had to make an emergency landing at Harni airport in Vadodara on Sunday morning after a bird hit, airport officials said.

All the passengers in the plane are safe. The pilot of the Vadodara-Delhi flight noticed the bird hit while taking off and decided to make an emergency landing, they said.

The plane was parked at the apron of airport and examined by the technical staff, they added.
