Leading entrepreneurs of Haryana have decided to support the Anna Hazare movement. The Confederation of Haryana Industries Association (CHIA) has given a bandh call on Friday urging the industrial units to down their shutters for a day.

Col.(retd.) Raj Singla, coordinator, CHIA, said, "We have urged various industrial associations as well as individual industrial units operating in Gurgaon, Manesar, Rewari and other towns to close down their units for a day to mark their protest and support Anna Hazare."

Meanwhile, the newly formed Gurgaon Morcha, an outfit of RWAs and social groups, on Thursday burnt the effigies of senior Congress functionaries including the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday evening at Leisure Valley Park, which is considered Gurgaon's Jantar Mantar.
