According to police sources, the capital police traced out one of the miscreants from Bank Tinali here and arrested him on Tuesday.

On interrogations he revealed the whereabouts of his other partners and police arrested three of his accomplices from Naharlagun yesterday.

The police seized Rs 3 lakhs, three motor cycles, equipments used for breaking windows and a huge quantity of itching powder from their possession.

The arrested have been identified as Akash Singh of Varanasi, Dhiraj Goyala of Bihar, Ravi Kant Roy of West Bengal and Chandan Gowala of Siliguri.

The police have taken them into a 14-day remand for further interrogation, sources said.
