DJ Bubblefunk and DJ Anna Kiss from the United Kingdom, DJ Tony Da Fishi Kipper and DJ Shy from South Africa and DJ Kelly France from the United States will perform at pubs in Hyatt Regency, Le Meridien and Vasant Continental in the capital from today till August 11, bringing a diverse blend of international music like chill, world, funk, vocal, deep, house, tech, electro and progressive.
The performance by the DJs is part of 'Castle Loud', an ongoing international initiative by leading international beer brand Castle Lager from Sabmiller wherein they have, for the last two years, been bringing for the party hoppers in the various cities performances by renowned international DJs.
A key highlight of the initiative this year will be a DJ Idol hunt in which the five international DJs will chose a 'Castle DJ Idol',
from among several talented DJs in the city that will perform at the various parties. After the initial round of screening, five most talented DJs will perform at the Castle Loud finale at Elevate in Noida on August 11, which will be judged by acclaimed playback singer Kailash Kher and the five international DJs.
The winner, the 'Castle DJ Idol', will be the Castle DJ for the next one year who will get an opportunity to play at major Castle Lager events across the country.
"Castle Loud is a treasured musical experience that party hoppers look forward to and its success has encouraged us to come back with the initiative again. Apart from the international DJs, this year Castle Loud will also serve as a platform for our young and budding DJs to showcase their talent," Sabmiller marketting director, Vinod Giri said.
