'Intimacy with another woman'

I am 28-years-old. Though I am married from past three years, it has been an unhappy one. I have a very intimate relationship with another married woman. What is the best course of action for me?

Losing interest in wife

2.  I am 35 and it's been five years of marriage. Now I have lost all interest in making love to my wife. She is good looking, but put on a little bit of weight. I get attracted to other women around but not my wife! I am very close to my kid and may be that love towards him is making me to lose interest in my wife. I am not very sure. Or it might be 'middle age crisis'. My wife is still keen on having sex. I have a athletic personality and sometimes other women get attracted to me. Maybe that is also one of the reasons for losing interest. My work place is away from my family and I meet them only once a week. Please advise.

Lover's dogs may cause split!

I love my boyfriend very much. We have been living together for 18 months now and he moved 200 miles to be with me. The trouble is...his dogs! He has two of them and they are kept in my kitchen. Now I can't stand going in there unless I have to. I have just had a new kitchen put in but I am unable to enjoy it because of these two smelly filthy mutts. I don't know what to do because he will never give them up and he has told me that. I fear we are going to split up over this and we both know it. Please help me!

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
You never know in what form the trouble arrives. I am aware of boyfriends arriving with one or more children from their previous marriage but pets is altogether a different story. In fact dogs are as loved and valued by the owners as children and your boyfriend has already declared his preference. It is a situation where 'love me love my dog' has actually to be lived. It is for you to choose so long as the choices are wide open.

How much is too much?

I am a 16 -year-old guy. I have been masturbating since I was 11. Over the years, I have begun to do it more often, sometimes even twice or thrice a day. I feel sleepy and a little strange too. Should I slow down? How often should I do it? Also, can masturbating use up too many growth hormones and not let me grow as I normally would? I've noticed lot of changes in my facial structure. Can this be related to masturbating?

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
Medically speaking masturbation is harmless and it does not lead to stunted growth, as masturbation does not consume or exhaust growth hormone of the body. The changes in your facial structure are part of normal growing up and not due to masturbation. Excessive masturbation at your age although physically and sexually harmless does indicate a lack of mental discipline and later can have adverse consequences.
