IPPS conducts tug of war for students

IPPS, IN order to develop children’s personality and involve them to take part in the sports activities, arranged tug of war among their girl students.

Students took part in the interesting event of physical strength, which was new to them. School chairman Mammu Patel along with the faculty encouraged the students to take part in various sports events. The teachers were cheering their students and principal Sangeeta Patkar briefed the students about the importance of sports activities along with academic interests.

Indore Corpn win weightlifting contest
INDORE CORPORATION Area Weight Lifting Association bagged the MP Team Championship in the MP junior weightlifting competition organised by MP Weight Lifting Association. Indore Corporation Area weightlifters won three gold, six silver and one bronze medals to top the table by securing 23 points to win the championship.

Chief guest and M P Body Building Association president Premsingh Yadav distributed prizes to winners and corporator Munnalal Yadav presided over the function.

Filza, Vipin shine in fencing
FilzA AND Vipin of St Umar Higher Secondary School excelled in the fencing competition in the recently concluded sports festival. Filza Qayyum won the second position and Vipin Marotiya won the third position respectively. School sports officer Sayed Alam and other staff members have congratulated Filza and Vipin for their performance.

11th one-day chess tournament
RUDRAKSH, PURUSHART, Pooja and Ajay won the 11th one-day chess tournament organised by Bairagi Brothers Chess Training Center at Abhay Prashal on Sunday in their respective age groups. In the age group of 10 years event, Rudraksh Agarwal won four full points to top the table.

In the under 16 years category, Purushart won four points to top the table. In the senior category, Ajay Veervani gained five out of five points to win the championship.

In the girls category, Pooja Kansal won the championship by winning four points. Chief guest K K Saxena distributed prizes to winners and runners-up.
