He called upon the people to strengthen the bond of amity and brotherhood for overall development of the state in particular and national in general.

Sharma said that peace, amity and brotherhood are pre-requisite for progress and prosperity of the state or society. He asked people to be aware of communal forces which would try to divide people for their vested interests.

Sharma appealed to the people to put a united face so that power was shared between Jammu and Kashmir division with major share of Jammu in parliamentary as well as in state assembly.
