Former ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson is keen on England football captain David Beckham and his wife Victoria buying his Neverland ranch.
The Thriller star, who left the 2,800-acre property 18 months ago after being cleared of child abuse charges, wants the Beckham family to buy it for 10-million pounds.
He has even asked estate agents to show the details about the property to Victoria, who has been looking for a house ahead of David’s summer move to the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team.
The former Spice Girl however is said to have no interest in Neverland, as it is in Los Olivos, California, 150 miles away from David’s new training ground.
She is said to have her eye on a 7.5 million pounds mansion which was previously owned by Lionel Richie, and is determined to find the perfect home for her family.
"I want to make sure I pick the right one for David and the kids. I’ve seen some beautiful places, but we want somewhere that looks like a nice home," Hollywood Rag quoted her as saying.
Victoria, who is expected to look at around 35 propertied in total valued between 5-10 million pounds, is also planning to spend 50,000 pounds on themed bedrooms for her three sons Brooklyn, Romeo, and 23-month-old Cruz.
She has asked children’s boutique Petit Tresor to design murals, beds and furniture with a soccer theme.
"The idea is to make you feel like you’re in a soccer stadium like Dad. Endorsement deals and screaming fans are sold separately!" said Samantha Winch, Petit Tresor’s co-owner.
