The main accused in the 2010 gangrape case of a Japanese tourist was arrested from Bihar's Gaya district on Friday.

Acting on a tip-off, police raided a place under Pharaiya police station and arrested Ranjan Yadav, declared an absconder in the case.

The 24-year-old Japanese tourist was gangraped when she was going to Gaya station from Bodh Gaya to catch a train on April 16, 2010 on an autorickshaw.
