Actress Jennifer Garner saved her fans from being subjected to seeing her flabby body, by requesting movie bosses to remove bikini scenes in her new Catch+Release.
The beautiful wife of actor Ben Affleck didn't want to disappoint her admirers, because her body still had to regain its pre-pregnancy shape.
Garner admits she was so keen to play with baby Violet when the tot was first born, she couldn't get motivated to hit the gym - and as the movie's deadline got nearer and nearer she knew she'd be in no shape for sexy scenes.
"It got a little ridiculous and I got on the treadmill and I lost weight. It's that simple. I stopped stuffing my face and I started running and lost weight. I cut out bagels and croissants and muffins and all the good stuff and went back to having a salad once a day with some protein," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
"I can't do a crash diet. I know that if I do that I'll just gain more back... There were actually a couple of bikini scenes in Catch + Release, where I said, 'I can't get ready for a bikini that quickly; take it out,'" she added.
And her husband Affleck's pal Kevin Smith, who joins her in the new film, didn't help her to lose weight either. He rather introduced her to MCDonald's MCGriddles.
"He started bringing them to the set for me after stopping at MCDonald's. Those are pancakes stuffed with syrup inside of them and then sausage. They bowled me over. That's one thing you cut out when you want to lose weight," said the actress.
