Kamal Nath unhurt as stage collapses

Nath has been campaigning in the constituency for the last two days to address election rallies.

Union Minister for Commerce Kamal Nath today escaped unhurt when the stage during an election rally collapsed in Harda.

The incident took place at Rahat village, 20 kms from Harda town when large number of people reached on the stage in favour of party's Betul Lok Sabha candidate Sukhdev Panse, an eye witnesses said.

However, police sources said Nath is completely safe and received no injuries. Besides Nath, Party's Betul candidate Panse, and a number of local leaders were present on the stage.

Nath has been campaigning in the constituency for the last two days to address rallies.

The Commerce Minister was supposed to address a number of rallies today, but it was not known immediately whether he would continue to do so or not in the wake the incident.
