INDIAN FOREST Service (IFS) Officer of 1971 batch V R Khare took charge as Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF) of Madhya Pradesh on Sunday.
Khare took charge from Mohammad Hashim who retired from service. The new PCCF reached the Forest Department Headquarters at Satpura Bhavan in the day to take charge. The State Government has appointed him the new PCCF with effect from January 1, 2007.
State Forest Development Corporation Managing Director A K Dubey, officials from Forest Department and Minor Forest Produce Corporation were present on the occasion.
