BHOPAL CENTRAL won the judo championship scoring 35 points in the MP Police sports meet on the fourth   day on Tuesday. In the men’s 5000-metre race, Kunwar Singh of Indore West won the first position and in the 400m race Indore West runner Rupesh Thakur won the first position. In 4x100 relay, Indore West won the first position.

In volleyball, Gwalior North Zone their semifinal against Bhopal Central to enter the final. In the second semifinal, Gwalior North won the match against Jabalpur South to enter the final. Gwalior North won the final.

Indore West beat SAF Gwalior North in the first hockey semifinal by 3-1 to enter the to finals, while Gwalior North beat Bhopal Central in the second semifinal by 2-1. The handball title was won by host Indore West by scoring highest points.

Surendra Rathore of Railway Police representing the Indore West Zone came up with a brilliant performance to win gold in javelin throw and discus throw and silver in shot-put. Prakash Goud showed his class to bag gold in wrestling.
