Under the integrated mobility plan 2021, the Huda has allotted a plot at Sector 52A, Gurgaon for setting up an inter-state bus terminal (ISBT).

The chief administrator of the Huda, in a letter to the district town planner, has informed that 2.25 acre has been earmarked for the project, which is one of the three ISBTs planned for Gurgaon in the plan.

The other two terminals will come up at Sector 29 near HUDA City Centre Metro Station and Panchgaon.

According to officials, the Huda would proceed with the work only after it gets the green signal from the government. The development agency has plans to invite bids from various private sector companies for preparation of the design. "The tender process would be initiated only after receiving financial approval from the state government," a senior official said.

The proposed bus terminal would have all the facilities of an airport. It would have shopping areas, food joints, elevators, cyber cafes, libraries, convention halls, recreation centres and multi-level parking lots.
